Day 1

I was on Pinterest the other day and saw a photography project called Project 365. It's pretty simple, all I have to do is take a picture every day. My boyfriend decided to up the challenge a little bit and said once I take a picture of something I can't use that again for one of my pictures of the day.
So I actually started this two days ago but just had the time to start my blog today.

Day 1: Right after I read about this project I instantly decided that I wanted to do it so I picked up my camera to go outside but when I looked over and saw my pups laying together on the couch (this never happens) I figured it was the perfect picture to start off my project. Storm (left) is my Border Collie. He's 7 years old and up until a year ago was an only child, ever since we got Brandi (right) he's been a little jealous and never really wants to be that close to her. It's not very often that they even sleep on the same piece of furniture let alone so close to each other.

Day 2: This is my wonderful boyfriend! Day 2 was quite a busy day for me and it wasn't really until 10 o'clock last night that I had actually thought about my picture of the day. We were at a friends house and it had been quite rainy the past few days and of course the great idea of doing a mud run through a bean field was said. Shane (my boyfriend) was the only one who ended up trying to do it while everyone else stayed inside where it was warm. Twenty minutes later we got the call that he was stuck. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a picture of him being towed out but this is the aftermath. All I had with my was my little point and shoot which kind of explains the darkness but I think I captured what I wanted, how dirty my man got so his not so great idea.

Day 3: One of our favorite things to do is go to the shooting range. It may be January and 25 degrees outside but that isn't going to stop us from putting a few rounds through our guns. The gun on the left is my Remington Model 597 .22 long rifle, I got it a few months ago and I absolutely love it. The gun on the right is Shane's Mosen Negant. When I shot this for the first time I'll admit, I was terrified, that was almost a year ago and now I'm pretty comfortable with it.

I am hoping this is going to be a fun project for me and hopefully I'll be able to keep up with my blog!
